2023 - Berks County Playoff Champions, Region II Participant (3rd place), Maryland Tournament Canceled due to rain.

2022 - Playoff Qualifier and Hosted Berks Playoffs

2021 - Playoff Qualifier, Hosted Region II Tournament and finished as Regional Runner-Up to Norchester, Maryland Tournament Champions

2020 - Covid 19 - American Legion Season Canceled

2019 - Playoff Qualifier

2018 - Berks County Playoff Champions, Region II Participant

2017 – Playoff Qualifier, Hosted Region II Tournament and finished as Regional Runner-Up to South Parkland, Finished 2nd in 4th of July Maryland Tournament

2016 –  Playoff Qualifier, 4th of July Maryland Tournament Champions

2015 – Berks County Playoff Champions, Region II Participant, State Tournament host

2014 –  Playoff Qualifier, Finished 3rd of 16 teams in 4th of July Maryland Tournament

2013 – Playoff Qualifier

2012 – Playoff Qualifier, Region II and National Regional Hosts

2011 – Playoff Qualifier, State Tournament Hosts

2010 – Playoff Qualifier, Region II and Mid-Atlantic National Regional Hosts

2009 – Playoff Runner-Up to Boyertown
2008 - Playoff qualifier
2007- Participated in the Mid-Atlantic National Regional and finished in the top 48 teams in the country.  Region 2 Runners-up, Berks County Champions.
2006- Finished 3rd in the Region 2 Tournament, Berks County Champions.
2005- Participated in the Great Lakes National Regional and finished in the top 30 teams in the country, Pennsylvania State Runners-up, Region 2 Runners-up, Berks County Playoff Runners-up, West Division Champions.
2004- Participated in the Region 2 Tournament, Berks County Playoff Runners-up, West Division Champions.
2003- West Division Champions - Playoff Qualifier
2002- Playoff Qualifier
